chairman and CEO of J.W. Robinson's department stores in
southern California.

Spring was named president in February 2008 after serving
as senior executive vice president and director of stores since
2005. Previously, he was named senior vice president for home
furnishings in 1995 and senior executive vice president for
marketing in 2004.
